The development within technology and society has made the construction of the infrastructure more complex. That means that the engineer's job involves more use of mathematical modelling and IT-based solutions.
The Transportation and Logistics programme combines the knowledge of traffic, transportation and logistics with a wide range of subjects, such as:
- Software technology
- Data analysis and statistics
- Operational analysis
- Geo-informatics
- Economic disciplines
- Planning and management
You will be able to specialise in:
- Transport and business logistics
- Traffic planning and traffic engineering
- Traffic and transport modelling
Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. In addition, there is often project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.
The final 6-12 months you will be writing your MSc thesis.

If you choose to complete the master's degree programme, you will graduate with the academic title of Master of Science in Engineering (MSc).
