The programme takes two years. On the first year you choose one of the following academic profiles:
-
Biotechnology and Bio-refining
-
Functional Materials
-
Chemical Process Engineering
-
Organic Synthesis and Catalysis
In addition to the profile courses, you will be able to attend elective courses.
The second year is spent researching and writing your master thesis. This is often carried out in cooperation with a company or research institute. It can also involve a study period abroad.
Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. In addition, there is often project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.
