Service Management

You will receive a solid grounding in business, economics and social sciences in services and knowledge of real-life business challenges and opportunities.

• e-Business and Communication Management in Services
• Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility in Services
• Marketing, events and innovation management

Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.

The final 6 months will be spent writing your MSc thesis.

Graduation from the master degree programme confers the title Master of Science (MSc).

To be admitted to an MSc programme, you must have a bachelor degree in a relevant subject.

In addition, documentation may be required verifying your proficiency in English is at a specified level.

Tuition

There is a tuition fee for all full-degree students, unless you are a student from an EU/EEA country, or from Switzerland.

Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.

Semester Start

An academic year is made up of two semesters, which begin around September 1 and February 1.

You can study Service Management at the Copenhagen Business School (Handelshøjskolen) in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Business School

At the Copenhagen Business School Service Management can be studied as a 2-year master degree programme (120 ECTS).

You also have the possibility to take single courses or subjects within the programme.
