Agricultural Development deals with the sustainable development of rural areas in developing countries, where you learn how you can create better conditions for both nature and the local population. You also learn about the opportunities for crop growth and the consequences of deforestation.
You will gain practical knowledge of agriculture in developing countries, including production, economics and the environment.
You have the option to work closely within a particular subject area. You can either compose your own course profile or choose one of the following:

Animal husbandry

Environmental protection
Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. In addition, there is often project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.

If you choose to complete the master degree programme, you will graduate with the academic title of Master of Science (MSc) in Agricultural Development.
