The International Business programme comprises courses in international business administration, that fall into three categories: Economics, Business Economics and supplementary methods courses, such as statistics and international business law.
The subjects within the programme focus on the international aspects of corporations and organisations. Therefore, you will learn for example international economics, international business law and global supply chain management. You will also study international marketing and management.
The programme contains courses such as:

Microeconomics, where you learn to explain basic economic terminology, get basic understanding about the functioning of markets and learn to describe basic economic models such as supply and demand

Macroeconomics, where you learn about economic development and key concepts such as exchange rate, employment and inflation.

Marketing, where you, for example, learn about consumer behaviour, product positioning or market segmentation.

International busines strategy, where you learn about competitive strategies, mergers and acquisitions, internationalization processes and knowledge management.
Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. In addition, there is often project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.

If you choose to complete the bachelor programme, you will graduate with the academic title of Bachelor of Science
(BSc).
