Medialogy is an interdisciplinary programme that combines technology and creativity. You will learn about the technologies behind film, music, computer games, art and entertainment, and about the creative processes and thought processes that are essential for media production and art.
You will learn about the role medialogy plays in current and future media productions, and study how you can take advantage of technological advances within, for example, engineering, in the production of computer games and computer-generated films, which take place in 3D worlds.
The programme includes courses such as:
- Digital culture
- Embedded interfaces
- Virtual Reality Design
- Simulation and modelling
- Image-based rendering and lighting
Teaching varies between lectures and classroom instruction. In addition, there is often project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.
