On the programme you work across disciplines and are taught subjects from both natural science and social science.
You will learn about such things as town planning, fighting poverty, environmental planning and finding solutions to complex issues.
You will also learn to analyse and understand the relationship between nature, culture and society. In other words you will work with what happens on the surface of the earth. This means that you will study everything from climate and wind conditions to how people live together and organise their world.
In the course of the programme you can specialise in social geography, cultural geography or the geography of nature.
Teaching varies between lectures, classroom instruction and project work in groups. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.
