You will learn to analyse an organisation's performance with the object of increasing productivity by balancing resources with respect for short and long term development opportunities.
Each semester covers three types of activity:
- Management of Operations and Product Development
- Performance Management
- Action Learning and Leadership Development
Each semester ends with a semester report and an exam based on an individual project in the participant's own organization. The final master thesis exam in the fourth semester is a "portfolio" type of exam, which builds upon the work and the three reports produced in the first three semesters, but also has to include the experiences and reflections from the fourth semester project.
When you have completed the programme you will have earned the title of Master of Corporate Performance (MCP).
The programme will use a number of teaching techniques including; lectures, group projects, practical exercises, experiments, field work, e-learning and summer schools. Individual and group supervision and coaching will be applied to facilitate the learning process.
