University Programmes

The universities offer 3-year bachelor programmes (180 ECTS) and 2-year master programmes (120 ECTS). The master programmes are graduate extensions to the bachelor programmes.

A complete programme takes 5 years.

A university programme is scientifically based and includes scientific theories and methods which constitute the foundation for the approach to the subject area. They provide, at the same time, both broad professional knowledge and specialised in-depth insight.

Study programmes

  • Bachelor degree Programmes

    University bachelor programmes take 3 years and are available in all subjects.

  • Master degree Programmes

    University master programmes take two years and are independent graduate programmes for students with a bachelor degree.

  • Single Courses

    A number af Danish universities offer single courses in order to give you the opportunity to study subjects from ordinary university programmes.
