Technical Programmes

Included in the technical fields of the Professional Bachelor’s Programmes are the engineering programmes as well as other programmes with a technical subject matter.

A common characteristic of these programmes is the construction and development of technology. You improve your analytical skills and learn to use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.

You, furthermore, learn to e.g. assess and plan long-term activities which will qualify you to handle job functions with a coordinating or administrative managerial role after you have obtained your degree.

Programmes

  • Agricultural and Environmental Management

    The top-up programme provides skills in agricultural and environmental problem solving. You can choose between studies in biology or agricultural management.

  • Architectural Technology and Construction Management

    In this programme you will be introduced to business, production and projecting. You will learn about e.g. business operation and administration, building, project management and construction.

  • Chemical and Biotechnical, Food and Process Technology

    This top-up programme qualifies you to manage tasks across the food and pharmaceutical industry. You specialise in chemical and biotechnology, food technology or process technology.

  • Civil Engineering

    You will learn about techniques and methods of civil engineering. You can choose to specialise in either structural, environmental or city engineering.

  • Electronics and Computer Engineering

    The programme gives you insight into e.g. mathematics, physics, programming and system construction. Furthermore, you will participate in an internship for six month.

  • Global Business Engineering

    In this programme you will learn about subjects such as natural science, engineering, economics and marketing. You will gain insight into e.g. export and globalisation.

  • Global Management and Manufacturing

    The engineering programme in Global Management and Manufacturing combines production, sourcing, economics and management. It focuses on global business, so you will also work with cultural understanding.

  • Information and Communications Technology (Engineering)

    The programme covers the development of IT systems and software for electronic equipment such as mobile phones, measuring instruments and surveillance equipment.

  • Interaction Design

    This programme offers a different approach to engineering sciences and industrial design. It puts the users at the centre of product development and adaps technology to their needs.

  • Material Technology

    Material Technology covers the development of textiles for the clothing and furniture industries. You will learn about textile product development and manufacturing and how they influence each other.

  • Mechanical Engineering

    You gain knowledge about subjects such as fundamental engineering, design and economics. The programme also includes an internship in Denmark or abroad.

  • Product Development and Integrative Technology

    This top-up programme is for those who have a qualification in production or technology from a business academy.

  • Production Engineering

    This programme is about engineering, people and business, also in relation to the world outside Denmark.You learn how to take part in the development of Danish and international companies who develop, sell and manufacture their products and services worldwide.

  • Software Development

    This top-up programme covers the technical and theoretical aspects of software development, such as system integration and database development.

  • Sustainable Energy

    The professional bachelor programme in Sustainable Energy deals with the future production of environment-friendly energy.

  • Web Development

    This top-up programme provides you with the skills you need to design and build all sorts of web applications.
